IRON ORE - MARAN

Just after the Srijaya Interchange in Pahang, located a mining site belonging to the Lancang Mining Co. here near to Maran, Pahang.
At this site we will be able to see a tremendous big hole, dug down into the earth. The hole was incredibly so big, that the miners even made a road down into the hole for the earth-lorries to carry the iron ores out.

This is the best site I have seen, in terms of mining. But in terms of Fe contents, this is still normal. It's Fe around 55%. Hematite and Magnetite, mainly below the surface the good grades are magnetite at below.

And they are mining it and system the procedures. Which is good, but the spinner is a bit smaller to see productivity.
